Job Description

About the Role

As a Cabin Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and personalisation of the A380 Shower Spas, ensuring a delightful experience for our First Class customers. Your responsibilities will also include the upkeep of lavatories and lounges, contributing to a positive company image. This position reports to the Purser or the Senior Flight Steward (SFS) when the Purser is unavailable.

Responsibilities

  • Perform inventory control to ensure products are loaded in the correct quantities for onboard facilities.
  • Check the cleanliness of Shower Spas and lavatories prior to passenger boarding, preparing appropriate amenity items.
  • Clean Shower Spas hygienically after each customer use, following the CSA Checklist for required standards.
  • Personalise Shower Spas for each customer, displaying selected products to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness in lavatories and common cabin areas, completing routine checks as per the CSA Checklist.
  • Report any defects or discrepancies to the Purser promptly to ensure safety and quality standards.
  • Conform to uniform regulations and respect the chain of command during ground and in-flight operations.

Requirements

  • Completion of 10 Years schooling or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience, preferably with an international hotel chain or airline.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in housekeeping, is advantageous.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
  • Candidate must have valid UAE residency.
