Responsibilities

The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers.
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participating in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
