Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Empathetic, patient, and capable of working under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
