About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Data Entry Assistant proficient in both Arabic and English to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data related to tourist invoices, ensuring timely processing and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Verify and process invoices submitted by tourists, ensuring approval from relevant teams.
- Enter accurate data into internal systems and maintain Excel files on a daily and weekly basis.
- Monitor and ensure timely payments to tourists, performing follow-ups as necessary.
- Conduct weekly reconciliations to confirm all data is recorded accurately.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports to management containing essential tourist-related information.
- Assist in preparing monthly invoices and summaries for stakeholders.
- Respond to tourist inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and refund processes promptly and professionally.
- Support internal departments by providing necessary information and assistance as required.
Requirements
- Proficient in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry.
- High words-per-minute (WPM) typing rate with minimal errors.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data and handle confidential information responsibly.
- Positive attitude towards challenges and changes within the workplace.
