About the Role

TÜV SÜD is a world-renowned leader in testing, inspection, and certification, with over 150 years of experience. We are seeking an Inspection Coordinator for Industrial Plants and Energy Technology - On-site - Abu Dhabi to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating inspection activities to ensure compliance with both company standards and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inspection activities to ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
  • Plan and execute the mobilization of inspectors both locally and internationally.
  • Communicate with local and overseas counterparts for the outsourcing of inspectors.
  • Review resumes of proposed inspectors to assess their suitability for assignments.
  • Support the invoicing process with necessary documentation, including timesheets and approvals.

Requirements

  • BSc Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in inspection or quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic business environment.
  • Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
