About the Role
Rapyd is revolutionizing the world of payments, payouts, and fintech with a unified platform that empowers global commerce. We are looking for a Partners Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai. In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional support to our partners and clients, ensuring a seamless user experience. This position is perfect for individuals who are technically savvy, creative, and eager to make an impact in the fintech industry.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first line of defense for any technical issues and escalate as necessary.
- Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining Rapyd’s SLA and customer satisfaction.
- Own and escalate issues with internal teams and external service providers.
- Develop and implement monitoring tools for production environments.
- Enhance our knowledge base to support user needs.
- Collaborate with departments such as Engineering, DevOps, and Professional Services to resolve customer issues.
- Be available for “on-call” shifts to support our global coverage model.
Requirements
- Proficient in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a B2B global company.
- Ability to work independently from our regional office in Dubai.
- Familiarity with API management and bug reporting tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of tools such as SQL, Postman, Kibana, Jira, and Confluence.
- Experience in the payments industry is a significant advantage.
