About the Role
The Regional Account Manager at TrendAI™ in Dubai will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and enhancing market presence. This position focuses on building lasting relationships with clients while collaborating with our Technical, Channel Partner, and Marketing teams. As an Account Manager, you will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and promoting Trend Micro’s value proposition in the cybersecurity landscape.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target prospects and existing clients to enhance the adoption of Trend Micro technologies.
- Develop and implement market strategies to increase market share within the assigned territory.
- Engage with CIOs and CISOs to create and nurture business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver effective value propositions.
- Achieve quarterly revenue goals in alignment with business unit objectives.
- Foster relationships with technology partners such as AWS, Microsoft, VMware, and Google.
- Document and manage account information in Salesforce for accurate forecasting and planning.
- Consult with clients on cybersecurity initiatives and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the security industry.
- Proven experience in account management within the commercial sector.
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as Zero Trust, SASE, and XDR is advantageous.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build relationships with senior executives.
- Account Management certifications like SPIN or TAS are highly regarded.
- Proficient in presenting complex technology solutions in an easily understandable manner.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Candidate must have valid UAE residency.
