About the Role

As we continue our global growth, we are seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative - Arabic Speaking to join our commercial team in Dubai. You will leverage your experience to drive outstanding sales performance across multiple verticals and play a key role in shaping the next chapter of our growth journey.

Responsibilities

  • Qualifying, prospecting, and creating opportunities for Business Development Managers.
  • Utilizing advanced sales tools, including Salesforce, to enhance productivity.
  • Consistently exceeding daily KPIs and monthly targets, with support from your manager and the broader team.
  • Taking ownership of building your own sales pipeline and improving the sales funnel, contributing to Doctify's revenue growth.
  • Becoming an expert on the Doctify product and a thought leader within the HealthTech field.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic is required.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in an outbound sales position or new business outreach.
  • Ambitious, self-starter mentality with a strong drive for success.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort with phone interactions; resilience is key.
  • Energized by fast-paced work and adaptable to change and challenges.
  • Passion for revolutionizing the healthcare industry and alignment with our mission.
