About the Role

The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth across Cengage’s diverse portfolio of educational products and digital solutions in the UAE, Kuwait, and Jordan. This position involves engaging with educational institutions to understand their goals and deliver solutions that enhance learning outcomes. The successful candidate will utilize consultative selling techniques and strong relationship management to achieve annual sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage revenue execution for assigned territory, ensuring pipeline creation and deal progression.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective territory sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions through various engagement methods.
  • Lead solution-oriented discussions focused on customer outcomes and measurable impact.
  • Drive digital and portfolio growth by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design customized learning solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
  • Represent Cengage at educational conferences and networking events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the Higher Education sector.
  • Strong understanding of educational trends and digital learning tools.
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license and ability to travel within the territory.
  • Candidate must have valid UAE residency.
