Job Description

About the Role

The Customer Success Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that assigned customer accounts are managed effectively, fostering strong relationships that enhance retention and loyalty. This position requires close collaboration with various departments, including sales, technical support, and product management, to deliver excellent customer-centric solutions. As a representative of Delinea, you will advocate for clients while understanding their business and technical goals.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary client advocate and product specialist for assigned customers.
  • Develop scalable communication methods to share best practices with customers.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
  • Deliver remote services such as software installation, configuration, onboarding, and training.
  • Collaborate with professional services and regional sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
  • Monitor customer health regularly and communicate findings with sales and support teams.
  • Enhance customer experiences by proactively managing relationships and identifying key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with renewals and sales teams to drive contract renewals and expansions.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years in a similar role such as Customer Success Manager or Support Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Experience with Privilege Access Service solutions like CyberArk or BeyondTrust is a plus.
  • Ability to interface with complex, multi-divisional clients, preferably at the director level.
  • Competency in Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and problem-solve effectively in a dynamic environment.
