About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Amazon E-Commerce Operations Assistant - Remote to join our team at TalentPop App. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about e-commerce and have a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central. You will play a vital role in managing our operations on one of the largest e-commerce platforms globally, ensuring our product listings are optimized for discoverability and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize all Amazon product listings, including titles, bullet points, and A+ content for maximum visibility.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Best Seller Rank (BSR), impressions, and conversion rates, providing weekly performance reports.
  • Proactively manage FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) inventory to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Handle case submissions to Amazon Seller Support for issue resolution and account health maintenance.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research to identify new product opportunities.
  • Monitor and manage customer feedback, product reviews, and Brand Health metrics on Amazon.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with Amazon Seller Central.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon policies, algorithms, and listing optimization best practices.
  • Familiarity with Amazon tools such as Helium 10 or Jungle Scout is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data and inventory systems.
  • Exceptional written communication skills for creating engaging listing copy.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps for both upload and download speed.
  • Personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
