About the Role

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be pivotal in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our critical business systems. Responsibilities

• Independently analyze and troubleshoot software issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.
• Document findings and solutions to enhance future troubleshooting efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system functionality.
• Provide training and support to team members and end-users as required.
• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in software product and platform interfaces.
• Engage in API design and integration for various platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Software Product & Platform Interface & API Engineering.
• Expert proficiency in software product and platform interface engineering.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and methodologies.
• Experience in debugging and performance tuning of software applications.
• Familiarity with Android application development is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Turkish language is advantageous.
