About the Role

Join our team as a Chef de Partie in beautiful Malay, Western Visayas. This role is perfect for those who love fine dining and want to grow in their culinary career. You will work in a vibrant kitchen environment with a shift pattern of 6 days on and 1 day off. Night shifts may be required, with a night shift differential included. Meals are provided during shifts, and transport is available for staff.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise kitchen staff in your section.
• Prepare and present dishes to high standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Manage inventory and stock levels effectively.
• Assist in menu planning and development.

Requirements

• Culinary degree required.
• Experience in fine dining.
