We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Analyst II to join our team in Muntinlupa City. This role is essential for enhancing our supply chain processes. Responsibilities

  • Accelerate the Fellow Program in Supply Chain Planning.
  • Identify and nurture talent within the supply chain team.
  • Collaborate with HR to develop talent retention strategies.
  • Support mentorship and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a skill matrix for supply chain roles.
  • Define standard roles and duties across the supply chain function.
  • Assist in creating and updating job descriptions.
  • Conduct skill gap analyses to identify team strengths and weaknesses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in supply chain or similar field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Keen interest in talent development and skills management.
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes and terminology.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
