About the Role

Join our dynamic Learning & Development team as a Creative Instructional Designer - Hybrid in Manila. In this role, you will design engaging learning experiences that enhance skill development and drive performance across the organization. Collaborate with subject matter experts and business leaders to create impactful learning materials that resonate with our employees.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging learning content using instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to analyze learning needs and define measurable learning objectives.
  • Develop storyboards, scripts, and course outlines for digital and instructor-led programs.
  • Create interactive e-learning modules, assessments, and simulations using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Captivate.
  • Utilize graphic design, multimedia editing, and video production skills to produce engaging educational content.
  • Evaluate and improve learning materials through feedback, analytics, and post-training assessments.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, branding, and instructional approach across all learning materials.
  • Stay updated with L&D trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance learning effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning experience design.
  • Strong knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, or other instructional design frameworks.
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset to translate complex information into engaging learning experiences.
