About the Role
The Front of House team member will serve as the welcoming face of BRAU, ensuring a seamless and elevated client experience within the salon environment. This role focuses on managing client interactions, bookings, and the overall smooth operation of the salon. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to creating a warm, professional atmosphere that supports both clients and the wider team while maintaining the high standards of service synonymous with the BRAU brand.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers into BRAU and guide them through the client journey.
- Check clients in and out, ensuring accurate payment collection.
- Conduct daily financial reconciliations to maintain accurate records.
- Host clients and proactively seek ways to surprise and delight them.
- Review appointment schedules and customer profiles, adding necessary notes.
- Manage and optimize the salon schedule effectively.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy, providing appropriate resolutions.
- Communicate any staff or guest occurrences requiring management attention.
Requirements
- Previous experience in front of house, reception, hospitality, or customer service roles is essential.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic office software (email, calendars, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and willingness to learn new booking or CRM systems.
- Basic numeracy skills and experience with cash handling or point of sale systems are desirable.
- Reliable, punctual, and presentable with a customer-first attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
- Candidate must have valid UAE residency.
