About the Role

Kazamer Tax Consultant is actively seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Executive to become a vital member of our technical team in Dubai. This role is tailored for a technology-focused professional dedicated to providing technical assistance, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring seamless business operations within our consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other office IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot system errors and resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Monitor network performance and ensure system stability.
  • Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
  • Ensure data security through regular backups and antivirus protection.
  • Maintain IT documentation, support logs, and asset records.
  • Assist in software updates, system maintenance, and technology upgrades.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for technical support and maintenance services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration roles.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and IT infrastructure maintenance.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft systems and cloud-based platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
