About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Attendant for our Centralized Scheduling team in Metro Manila. This on-site position offers an opportunity to contribute to our scheduling processes and enhance operational efficiency. As a Junior Attendant, you will play a vital role in producing rosters and managing attendance reports. This position is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Produce rosters and daily reports in a timely manner.
  • Encode roster details into the Virtual Roster system.
  • Monitor and coordinate attendance reports for accuracy.
  • Coordinate and monitor leave approvals to ensure compliance.
  • Generate reports from Virtual Roster and Time Manager for management review.
  • Address queries related to Virtual Roster and Time Manager promptly.
  • Assist in documenting processes and procedures for clarity.
  • Support rostering-related projects to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the Virtual Roster system.
  • Act in accordance with established policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • At least 0 to 2 years of experience in scheduling roles.
  • A college degree is preferred for this position.
  • Experience in time attendance and leave monitoring is an advantage.
  • Strong customer service skills to address employee inquiries.
  • Effective communication skills for team collaboration.
  • Integrity and self-motivation are essential for success.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software is a plus.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave

    Five days of paid leave per year after one year of service.
