About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Dealer Sales Coordinator to join our team in Pasig, National Capital Region (NCR). This role is essential for driving sales performance and ensuring smooth operations between dealers and our company. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to promote products and meet sales targets. This position is onsite, allowing you to engage directly with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve 100% sales performance by meeting set targets.
  • Solicit and book orders from dealers and retail outlets.
  • Coordinate with marketing personnel for product and competitor insights.
  • Promote products to ensure sales goals are met.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to assist clients effectively.
  • Cultivate relationships with dealers and store personnel.
  • Establish business connections to facilitate sales growth.
  • Check and report defective products to the service team.
  • Inspect inventory levels and conditions regularly.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in sales or customer service.
  • Familiarity with assigned areas and market conditions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in Tagalog is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
