About the Role

As a Junior Financial Sales Associate in Quezon City, you will play a vital role in providing life insurance and wealth management solutions to our clients. This position requires a proactive approach to sales and customer service, ensuring that you meet the needs of our clients while achieving sales targets. You will collaborate closely with branch sales and service teams to strengthen long-term relationships and promote our financial products.

Responsibilities

  • Provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to clients effectively.
  • Work closely with branch sales and service teams to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Strengthen long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups.
  • Assist in achieving sales goals and targets by implementing strategic plans.
  • Prepare sales call plans and reports to track progress and outcomes.
  • Generate new account relationships through networking and referrals.
  • Maintain cordial working relations with clients to ensure loyalty.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Promote referrals of products and services to expand client base.
  • Conduct Know-Your-Customer (KYC) procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to HR and regulatory requirements in all operations.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide post-sales service to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree is required for this position.
  • Sales experience, particularly in financial services, is essential.
  • Customer service experience to enhance client interactions.
  • Bancassurance sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Effective communication skills for clear client interactions.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated to achieve sales targets.
  • Fluency in English is required for effective communication.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
