About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Financial Sales Associate to join our team in Quezon City. In this role, you will provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to clients. You will work closely with branch sales and service teams to strengthen long-term client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to clients effectively.
  • Collaborate with branch sales and service teams to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Strengthen long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
  • Assist in achieving sales goals and targets by preparing strategic sales plans.
  • Generate new account relationships through networking and referrals.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with Know-Your-Customer (KYC) procedures.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or College Degree is required for this position.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred to excel in this role.
  • Customer service experience is essential for client interactions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Effective communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated to achieve personal and team goals.
  • Experience in bancassurance sales is a plus.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
