We are seeking a Mid-Level CRM Developer to join our team in Pasig, National Capital Region (NCR). This role is crucial for enhancing our Franchise Management Platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision and strategy, ensuring that our systems meet the needs of our franchisees. Responsibilities

  • Define and manage product vision for the Franchise Management Platform.
  • Oversee and enhance the Franchisee Management System.
  • Ensure timely delivery of new features and products.
  • Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Liaise with IT and vendors for system enhancements.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle.
  • Establish objectives and key metrics to measure product success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in CRM development.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce with hands-on experience.
  • Experience in QSR, retail, or multi-site environments is preferred.
