About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Digital Marketing Officer to join our team in Pasig. In this role, you will oversee our digital marketing efforts and enhance our online presence. You will work closely with various teams to create engaging content and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This is an onsite position, allowing you to collaborate directly with your colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage social media accounts for all Robinsons Malls assets.
  • Keep digital platforms updated with fresh content.
  • Work with teams on digital marketing strategies.
  • Measure and report on the success of social media campaigns.
  • Create engaging content to attract more visitors.
  • Proofread marketing materials for clarity and accuracy.
  • Plan media strategies for upcoming campaigns.
  • Analyze data to improve marketing performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

  • College degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong skills in social media management and content creation.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM and digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in email marketing strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data for better decision-making.
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
