About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Engineering Project Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role requires a strong background in engineering disciplines, including Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, and Civil Engineering. You will oversee various hotel maintenance and renovation projects, ensuring they meet design specifications and safety codes. This position is on-site and does not offer remote work options.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate hotel maintenance and renovation projects.
• Manage contractors and supervise maintenance staff during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications and safety codes.
• Monitor project costs and prepare progress reports.
• Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Assist in preparing project proposals and cost estimates.
• Liaise with departments to minimize operational impact during projects.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and tradesmen.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in engineering project supervision.
• Strong knowledge of project management and maintenance systems.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings.
• Familiarity with local safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills to address project challenges.
