Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of the Enterprise Asset Management System (SAP) to enhance operational efficiency.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise repair and maintenance works of farm facilities to ensure minimal downtime.
• Perform root cause analysis of farm equipment downtime or failures to improve reliability.
• Establish and implement a maintenance monitoring plan for equipment to track performance.
• Monitor utilities consumption and implement conservation measures to reduce costs.
• Conduct feasibility studies for system improvements to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering with a strong foundation in maintenance.
• Preferably a Registered Electrical Engineer to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance planning or a similar function.
• Strong supervisory skills to lead a team effectively.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Knowledge of condition-based maintenance strategies to optimize equipment usage.
