About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Finance Support Specialist to join our team in Metro Manila. This is an on-site position that offers a unique opportunity to support a dedicated group of Client Account Managers (CAMs) and manage a specific portfolio of accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with at least three years of relevant experience.

As a Finance Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes. Your expertise in accounting software such as MYOB, Quickbooks, and Xero will be essential in delivering accurate financial support. Responsibilities

  • Support a specified group of CAMs and manage a portfolio of accounts effectively.
  • Receive customer phone calls and address inquiries related to work orders promptly.
  • Collaborate with CAMs on various administrative tasks to enhance workflow.
  • Manage follow-up and ensure timely closure of work order tickets.
  • Review open compliance items and ensure all necessary actions are completed.
  • Process approval or denial of ARC applications efficiently.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Show ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with Australian tax regulations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting standards is advantageous.
