Responsibilities

  • Oversee the accuracy and integrity of daily revenue reporting.
  • Lead and manage the daily income audit process effectively.
  • Verify and reconcile daily revenue reports to ensure correctness.
  • Review the accuracy of daily and monthly revenue reports regularly.
  • Oversee payment reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in revenue reports promptly.
  • Develop and enforce compliance with company policies consistently.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to the income audit team.
  • Coordinate closely with various departments to verify revenue accuracy.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams for effective processes.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities efficiently.
  • Train and mentor income audit staff to enhance their skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in income audit or hotel finance.
  • At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.
  • Working knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS and Oracle MICROS POS.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with hospitality accounting standards (USALI).
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave

    Five days of paid leave per year after one year of service.
