Mid-Level Information Security Engineer (On-site)

About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Information Security Engineer to join our team in Pasay, National Capital Region (NCR). This is an onsite position where you will play a vital role in maintaining our information security standards. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the security of our systems and data. Your expertise will help us reduce risks related to data loss and security incidents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain information security standards to reduce risks of data loss and security incidents.
• Monitor security tools for effective operation and fix issues as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and strengthen security posture.
• Troubleshoot and optimize security tools and related services.
• Create, track, and manage tickets to resolution; validate fixes and escalate issues when needed.
• Support network security operations and help with new technology implementations.
• Develop and maintain procedures and documentation for efficiency.
• Provide backup support during urgent situations to ensure continuity of operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience with security applications/tools.
• Knowledge of information security principles and practices.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data from various sources.
• Experience with EDR, DLP, SIEM, PAM, firewalls, and networking.
• Proficiency in operating systems and security protocols.
