About the Role

Responsibilities

• Conduct systems QA and oversee application modules before deployment.
• Provide technical assistance for SAP and KA DMS.
• Resolve technical issues via phone, in person, or remotely.
• Travel to branches for user training and support.
• Maintain system functionality by testing the database regularly.
• Consult with users to understand their reporting needs.
• Provide functional support for SAP ERP applications.
• Communicate with third-party SAP providers for integration.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in SAP or ERP application support.
• Knowledge of defensive coding practices.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with UI/UX testing and data validation.
• Familiarity with Crystal Reports and technical support.
