Responsibilities

• Support management in decision-making by applying industrial engineering tools effectively.
• Determine operational standards and set clear performance targets for the team.
• Calculate and review capacities for manufacturing lines to ensure optimal output.
• Collaborate with supply chain departments to enhance capacity and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for productivity improvements across various processes.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to foster a culture of excellence.
• Represent the team in BSS and CBG projects to align with company goals.
• Adhere to company policies on discipline and safety at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Management Engineering is required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in industrial engineering.
• Proficient in Power BI and conducting time and motion studies.
• Strong skills in data analysis and process records.
• Exhibit cultural affinity and a results-driven mindset.
• Certification in Industrial Engineering is a plus.
• Simulation skills are advantageous.
