About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Motorpool Service Technician to join our team in Iligan, Northern Mindanao. This role requires a hands-on approach to maintain and repair our fleet of industrial vehicles and automobiles. As a vital part of our operations, you will ensure that all vehicles are in optimal working condition. This position is on-site, and you will work closely with other technicians to support our maintenance goals.

In this role, you will apply your mechanical skills and knowledge of internal combustion engines to troubleshoot and repair plant vehicles and machinery. Responsibilities

• Maintain, overhaul, and repair industrial vehicles and automobiles for safety.
• Check and maintain hydraulic and automotive systems for optimal performance.
• Log vehicle maintenance activities and implement schedules to track service.
• Respond to emergency repairs and night calls to address urgent issues.
• Establish and maintain a housekeeping program to ensure safety compliance.
• Participate in company programs and support departmental objectives for performance.

Requirements

• High school graduate with vocational/technical course units in auto mechanics.
• At least three years of experience as a driver or auto mechanic.
• Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of internal combustion engines.
• Ability to troubleshoot vehicles and machinery effectively.
• Familiarity with hydraulic circuitry of vehicles and forklifts.
• Adaptability to changing automotive technologies is a plus.
