Mid-Level Packaging Artwork Specialist On-site in Metro Manila

About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Packaging Artwork Specialist to join our team in Metro Manila. This role is essential for creating high-quality packaging artwork for our products. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that our packaging meets both global and regional standards. If you have a keen eye for detail and strong skills in Adobe software, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Generate new print-ready files for different product lines based on approved inputs.
• Assemble packaging artwork files for labels, cartons, and other components.
• Execute the in-house artwork assembly process, including readiness assessments.
• Participate in briefing calls and quality assurance checks.
• Ensure all files comply with global and regional standards.
• Analyze defects on quality issues and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support file destruction requests for quality alerts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strong execution.
• Identify and support opportunities for new technologies and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is required.
• Strong experience using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience creating and preparing print-ready packaging files.
• Strong understanding of printing methods and technologies for packaging.
• Experience in the packaging, printing, or consumer goods industry is preferred.
