About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Replenishment Planner to join our team in Muntinlupa City. This role is crucial for managing stock replenishment from our TE Plants to Distribution Centers. You will ensure that we maintain adequate inventory levels and meet customer order delivery requirements. If you have experience with SAP or other ERP software, this position could be a great fit for you.

As a Replenishment Planner, you will play a key role in our supply chain management. Your analytical skills will help us identify and resolve critical issues. You will also collaborate with various teams to implement improvements. This is an on-site position, allowing you to work closely with your colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage stock replenishment from TE Plants to Distribution Centers.
  • Ensure we have enough inventory to meet customer demands.
  • Guarantee that customer orders are delivered in full and on time.
  • Analyze and resolve any critical supply chain issues.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics regularly.
  • Identify and implement improvements through team collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate key master data attributes for inventory.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience with SAP or other ERP software.
  • 3-5 years of experience in MRP, Procurement, or Purchasing.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong mathematical abilities and extensive spreadsheet analysis skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good cross-functional communication skills.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
