About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Software Technical Analyst to join our team in Quezon City, National Capital Region (NCR). This hybrid role offers flexibility while ensuring effective collaboration with both local and offshore teams. You will play a crucial part in managing IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and supporting non-production and production environments. Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end support for non-production and production environments.
  • Own and manage IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
  • Collaborate closely with offshore teams and third-party vendors.
  • Act as a key liaison between business and technology teams.
  • Drive requirements gathering and solution activities.
  • Support and coordinate release and deployment efforts.
  • Continuously improve operational processes and system reliability.
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices and governance standards.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of IT Operations and IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Experience managing intake, demand, or project requests.
  • Ability to balance project delivery and production support.
  • Proven experience coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Change Management processes.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with Service Now, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and relational databases.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
