  • Prepare detailed sales call plans and reports to track progress.
  • Generate new account relationships to expand the client base.
  • Maintain cordial working relations with clients to foster loyalty.

  • Promote referrals of products and services to existing clients.
  • Conduct Know-Your-Customer (KYC) procedures to ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or college degree is required for this role.
  • Sales experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Customer service experience to enhance client interactions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear client engagement.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated to achieve sales targets.
  • Experience in bancassurance sales is a plus.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
