On-site Market Collaboration Planner - Mid Level in Taguig

About the Role

We are looking for a Market Collaboration Planner to join our team in Taguig. This is an onsite position that requires a proactive approach to supply chain operations. You will work closely with various teams to ensure effective planning and execution of our market strategies. Responsibilities

• Drive the delivery of in-month forecasts to meet market demands.
• Lead the planning of promotional forecasts to support sales initiatives.
• Participate in long-term Integrated Business Planning to align strategies.
• Analyze and synthesize data to identify trends and insights.
• Identify supply risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
• Collaborate closely with WL1 teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Engage with WL2+ stakeholders to align on objectives.
• Lead the annual Winter project to enhance planning processes.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Possess a supply chain qualification for an added advantage.
• Have 3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations.
• Experience in FMCG supply chain is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems is beneficial.
• Be proficient in Excel for data analysis.
