On-site R.S. Order Taker/Cashier

About the Role

We are looking for an On-site R.S. Order Taker/Cashier to join our team in Metro Manila. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for accurately processing orders and managing transactions in a busy restaurant environment. Responsibilities

• Accurately receive and process guest orders to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain control of captain orders and restaurant checks for efficiency.
• Coordinate closely with service and kitchen teams to enhance service delivery.
• Follow established billing procedures to ensure accuracy in transactions.
• Issue and manage restaurant checks to maintain proper records.
• Receive payments and ensure proper handling of cash and credit transactions.
• Balance cash registers at the end of each shift to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare daily sales summaries and required reports for management.
• Ensure availability and organization of outlet stationeries for smooth operations.
• Uphold service excellence standards to enhance guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations to maintain operational integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field is essential.
• Experience in cashiering or F&B operations is required.
• Strong numerical skills with attention to detail are necessary.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial procedures is required.
• Organized and reliable to maintain operational efficiency.
• Luxury hotel experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Service-oriented mindset to enhance guest satisfaction.
