About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team in Pasay, National Capital Region (NCR). This is an onsite position that requires excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. You will play a key role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you are passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a team, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Group and assign jobs to drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Follow up with drivers to confirm successful delivery.
  • Publish job listings to attract qualified drivers.
  • Conduct training sessions for new drivers.
  • Make outbound calls to customers about delivery status.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through email and other channels.
  • Handle customer cases and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Communicate with colleagues to ensure timely service.
  • Provide feedback on delivery and customer service efficiency.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to stay calm under stress and pressure.
  • Comfortable using computers and related software.
  • Friendly and positive attitude towards teamwork.
  • Experience in inbound and outbound calls, and live chat.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave
