About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Learning & Development to join our team in Pasay, National Capital Region. This is an onsite position that requires strong leadership skills and a passion for training and development. You will oversee the training team, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed. Your role will be vital in enhancing our training programs and improving overall team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Coach training specialists to enhance their skills.
  • Evaluate trainers, curriculum, and processes for effectiveness.
  • Recommend changes based on analysis to improve training outcomes.
  • Meet productivity and quality goals for the training team.
  • Manage daily operations and reporting for the training department.
  • Improve key success metrics related to training goals.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain clear communication.
  • Develop and evaluate the training team for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the team has the tools for effective training.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience managing training programs.
  • 6+ years of experience in training or adult learning.
  • Strong coaching skills to guide team members effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Oracle and Kronos systems.
  • Attention to detail in reporting and data analysis.
  • Customer service orientation to support team needs.
  • Call center experience is a plus.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
