About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Patient Financial Services professional to join our team in Pasay, National Capital Region (NCR). This role requires you to work onsite and directly support our revenue cycle operations. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth financial processes for our patients. Responsibilities

  • Handle tasks via offline chat using One Medical tools.
  • Oversee revenue cycle operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Assist admins with member billing needs to enhance service.
  • Answer patient inquiries for complex billing cases effectively.
  • Investigate claims through insurance for resolution.
  • Support One Medical in empowering patients through clear communication.
  • Review and reconcile patient and insurance balances regularly.
  • Manage the member statement process to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain service level agreements to meet operational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field.
  • 1 year of experience in RCM or US healthcare.
  • Experience in a shared services environment is a plus.
  • Proven ability to follow policies and procedures.
  • Understanding of Explanation of Benefits (EOB) is essential.
  • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicare Advantage programs.
  • Basic accounting principles knowledge is required.
  • Experience with AR collections is an advantage.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave

    Five days of paid leave per year after one year of service.

  • Mandatory contributions
