We are seeking a Senior Strategic Procurement Manager to join our team in Pasay, National Capital Region (NCR). Responsibilities

  • Design comprehensive Category Plans to enhance procurement strategies.
  • Analyze and propose category management initiatives that drive efficiency.
  • Engage business leaders to understand their long-term procurement needs.
  • Execute sourcing activities to secure the best vendors.
  • Endorse awarded vendors and finalize contract terms.
  • Collaborate with Business Units to draft operational contracts.
  • Provide supplier market intelligence and actionable insights.
  • Identify Critical Suppliers for performance evaluations.
  • Support the Procurement team’s capabilities through training.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procurement rules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic procurement roles.
  • Minimum of 3 years focusing on category management.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis.
  • Experience with ERP software and e-Sourcing platforms is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required for effective communication.
  • Certifications like CIPS or CPSM are advantageous.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
