Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze requirements for the Performance Management process to align with business needs.
- Design Workday solutions that meet requirements and enhance user experience.
- Develop test plans and execute testing to validate the effectiveness of solutions.
- Analyze current processes for improvement opportunities and implement changes.
- Create and maintain process records to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Evaluate Workday releases for their impact on processes and recommend adjustments.
- Ensure adherence to data protection rules to safeguard sensitive information.
- Contribute to training materials to support user onboarding and updates.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)
