About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Social Media Specialist - 100% Remote to enhance our e-commerce operations. This position is essential in managing social media content, coordinating product authentication, providing customer support, and handling administrative tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging social media content, primarily focusing on Instagram Stories, utilizing existing product photos and videos.
• Edit product videos for social media by removing audio, adding music, and preparing content for posting.
• Manage product authentication requests by uploading photos, tracking results, and maintaining accurate records.
• Perform data entry tasks and update internal systems with authentication information.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries within a 24-hour turnaround time.
• Ensure consistent and timely content posting across various social media channels.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media platforms, especially Instagram.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform high-volume, repetitive tasks accurately.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Reliable and organized, comfortable with flexible hours that overlap with Central European Time.
