• 1-3 years for Consultants or 3-5+ years for Senior Consultants of cumulative experience in a high-performance work environment, and / or strategy consulting
• Structured problem-solving ability in ambiguous, high-stakes environments
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, including financial and business case analysis
• Executive-level communication and synthesis skills
• Ownership mindset with the ability to lead workstreams and mentor team members
• Demonstrated record of academic and professional excellence
• Completion of an MBA or other post-graduate degree preferred but not required for Senior Consultants

• Total Rewards
• The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $102,000 for Consultants and $84,000 - $126,000 for Senior Consultants, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.

• --As a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and delivering high-impact projects for our clients.
• You will collaborate with client teams to investigate and assess critical business challenges, develop hypotheses and analytical frameworks, and conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to inform strategic recommendations.
• You will help shape actionable strategies that strengthen clients’ long-term competitive advantage and guide them through successful implementation.
• Consultants / Senior Consultants are instrumental to both project delivery and the growth of our practice.
• In this role, you will:
• Deliver client impact: Manage day-to-day project workstreams, structure complex problems, synthesize insights, and develop high-quality deliverables that drive meaningful business outcomes.
