About the Role

The Administrative Officer is essential for ensuring efficient operations at our office located in CALABARZON, Philippines. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and office support to maintain a smooth workflow while adhering to company policies and standards. Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and office support to maintain smooth site operations.
  • Plan and create a yearly Calendar of Activities based on employee survey results.
  • Request and monitor the employee engagement budget for the year.
  • Implement and facilitate activities according to the target timeline.
  • Collaborate with management to understand departmental goals and objectives.
  • Liquidate all activity expenses on the One Cloud System promptly.
  • Plan and organize employee recognition programs to boost morale.
  • Ensure timely submission of all reports and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in logistics, warehouse, or corporate settings.
  • Proficiency in document control, filing systems, and administrative reports.
  • Experience in coordinating with vendors for office supplies and services.
  • Ability to maintain fixed assets lists and office inventories.
  • Comfortable coordinating meetings and handling administrative requests.
  • Basic to intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
