About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant - On-site - Philippines to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate communications, handle confidential information, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with C-level executives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements effectively.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed meeting minutes.
  • Screen calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other essential business documents.
  • Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Organize events, conferences, and company functions to enhance team collaboration.
  • Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and support project coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting C-level executives is preferred.
