About the Role
Nord Anglia International School Abu Dhabi is actively seeking an exceptional Admissions Officer to enhance our Admissions team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping our school's future by managing the admissions processes and fostering relationships with prospective families. This position is set to commence in June 2026.
Responsibilities
As an Admissions Officer, you will report to the Admissions Manager and be responsible for the following:
- Managing the admissions pipeline from initial inquiries to enrollment.
- Conducting school tours and informational sessions for prospective families.
- Processing applications and ensuring compliance with school policies.
- Collaborating with school staff to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new students.
- Maintaining accurate records of admissions data and reporting metrics.
- Engaging with community partners to promote the school and attract prospective students.
- Providing exceptional customer service to families throughout the admissions process.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in admissions, marketing, or customer service roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using admissions software and databases.
- Visa Provided for qualified candidates.
