About the Role

We are looking for a Buyer II to join our team in Muntinlupa City. This is an on-site role that requires a strong background in procurement and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience with SAP or other ERP software. You will play a key role in managing inventory and ensuring timely delivery of customer orders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage stock replenishment from TE Plants to Distribution Centers efficiently.
  • Ensure adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs.
  • Guarantee customer order delivery in full and on time.
  • Execute procurement activities from purchase requisition to order release.
  • Analyze and resolve critical issues like blocked customer orders.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics regularly.
  • Identify and implement improvements through teamwork.
  • Maintain accurate key master data attributes for procurement.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience using SAP or other ERP software.
  • 3-5 years of experience in MRP, Procurement, or Purchasing.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong mathematical skills for extensive spreadsheet analysis.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent cross-functional communication skills.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
