Responsibilities
As a Cabin Crew Member, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for passengers.
- Ensure the safety and security of all onboard operations, adhering to airline regulations.
- Assist passengers during boarding, in-flight service, and disembarkation.
- Manage in-flight emergencies with confidence and professionalism.
- Provide information and support to passengers regarding flight details and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment throughout the flight.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum height of 160 cm and the ability to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- No visible tattoos while in uniform.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a culturally aware mindset.
- The ability to work flexible hours and manage a demanding schedule.
- Candidate must have valid UAE residency.
