Senior Commercial Planning Manager On-site in Taguig

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Planning Manager to join our team in Taguig, National Capital Region. This is an onsite position that requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial planning or business operations. You will play a vital role in shaping our organizational goals and ensuring that we meet our performance targets.

Your expertise in commercial planning and strategy will be essential in driving our business operations. You will collaborate with various teams to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure that our sales functions are supported with timely reports and insights.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and propose organizational goals and targets to align with business strategy.
• Measure performance through defined KPIs to track progress effectively.
• Drive motivation within the organization by evaluating KPI outcomes.
• Ensure timely reports and insights are provided for sales functions.
• Review sales reports and incentive schemes to optimize performance.
• Manage routine reports to stakeholders for transparency and accountability.
• Establish standardized data collection and validation processes to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze data for accuracy and quality of reports to support decision-making.
• Lead the development of commercial KPIs and targets to drive growth.
• Monitor performance against sales objectives to identify areas for improvement.
• Evaluate and optimize sales incentive programs to enhance productivity.
• Establish reporting and data reconciliation processes for consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in commercial planning or business operations.
• Proven managerial experience in leading commercial initiatives.
• Strong track record in performance management and KPI development.
• Experience in FMCG or multinational companies is a plus.
• Consulting experience is advantageous.
• Fluency in English is required.
